EZGO QATAR CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Customer Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EzGo Customer App and related customer services (the "Customer Services") provided by EzGo Qatar ("EzGo", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Customer Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. THE SERVICE

EzGo provides a technology platform that connects customers with independent drivers for transportation services. Drivers are not employees of EzGo.

3. REQUESTING RIDES

  • Submitting a ride request is an offer to available drivers.
  • A trip is created when a driver accepts your request.
  • Availability is not guaranteed.

4. FARES AND PAYMENTS

  • Fares may be calculated based on time, distance, and other factors shown in-app.
  • You agree to pay all applicable charges, including fare, tolls (if any), and fees displayed or communicated in-app.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEE

  • If you cancel after a driver has accepted, a cancellation fee of 4 QAR may apply.
  • EzGo may apply the cancellation fee to discourage misuse and compensate time/availability impacts.
  • If you believe a cancellation fee was applied incorrectly, contact support@ezgo.global.

6. VOUCHERS / PROMOTIONS

  • Vouchers are subject to eligibility rules, expiration, and usage limits shown in-app.
  • EzGo may modify or withdraw promotions where permitted by law.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, or abuse drivers or others,
  • request illegal services or transport prohibited items,
  • damage vehicles or property.

8. DISCLAIMERS

Customer Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Delays, disruptions, and errors can occur.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Customer Services.

10. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Customer Services at any time. EzGo may suspend or terminate access for safety, fraud, or policy violations.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Doha, Qatar, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
