EZGO QATAR DRIVER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Driver Terms & Conditions ("Driver Terms") govern your use of the EzGo Driver App and related driver services (the "Driver Services") provided by EzGo Qatar ("EzGo", "we", "us").

By registering as a driver or using the Driver Services, you agree to these Driver Terms.

1. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

You acknowledge you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of EzGo. You control when you go online/offline, subject to platform rules and legal requirements.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE

You must:

  • hold valid licenses/permits and meet requirements applicable in Qatar,
  • maintain required vehicle documentation and compliance,
  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. DRIVER VERIFICATION AND DOCUMENTS

You must provide accurate information and upload required verification documents, including:

  • Qatar ID (front/back)
  • Driver's license (front/back)
  • Istimara (front/back)

EzGo may approve/reject documents and request resubmission. You may be prevented from receiving trips until verification is approved.

4. LOCATION TRACKING

The Driver App collects precise location data (including background location if enabled/required) to:

  • match you with trips,
  • provide navigation and ETA,
  • support safety and trip integrity,
  • prevent fraud and platform abuse.

If location permissions are disabled, you may not be able to go online or receive trips.

5. SERVICE STANDARDS

You agree to provide safe, respectful service and follow in-app trip steps. You must not harass or discriminate against customers.

6. FEES / COMMISSIONS / WALLET / PAYOUTS

  • Fees, commissions, wallet rules, and payout rules may be displayed in-app and may change over time.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes and personal compliance obligations.

7. SAFETY AND INCIDENTS

You must report accidents, safety incidents, or suspected fraud promptly via support@ezgo.global.

8. SUSPENSION / DEACTIVATION

EzGo may suspend or deactivate your access for safety concerns, fraud, policy violations, invalid documents, or unlawful behavior. Immediate action may be taken where needed for safety.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Driver Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzGo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Driver Services.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Driver Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Doha, Qatar, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
